• Until the application is considered by the membership committee you may use the link emailed to you to revisit this page and amend your submission.
• When completing the form the Allowed HTML allows you to provide basic formatting of your submission to be included, such as <b>bold</b> = bold, <i>italic</i> = italic, <a href="/URL">link</a> = link, etc. This formatting will be used when creating the complete membership application document (PDF) submitted for consideration.
